4. ADDITIONAL QUESTION: AUTOMATED APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
In addition, I have added an appointment widget to my consulting forms. How do I send automated reminders to clients the day before their selected appointments?

You can setup an autoresponder email that will send the email on a later date or based on a value on one of your form fields.
Guide: Utilizing-the-Send-Emails-Later-Function-of-the-Autoresponder-Emails
To achieve that, please follow the steps below:
1. Since you can only use a fixed number of days or a date field within the Send Emails Later setting, we have to copy the value of the Appointment field into a Date Picker field.

2. Then since the email needs to be sent a day before the actual appointment date, you need to add another Date Picker field as the reminder email's actual date and calculate the value to be Appointment Date - 1.

3. Finally, you can then set your autoresponder email's Send Emails Later setting into the reminder date field.

Hi, I followed the tutorials above and created a date picker field to automatically fill when an appointment is selected. I also created a date picker field for reminder email 1 day before their appointment.
I created conditions for both (see screenshots) but when I went to Publish and did a test run on the completed form, the conditions didn't work. I can't figure out how to fix this... Can you help please? This is extremely complicated and I'm trying not to get frustrated.

Can you please try changing the sender email in your autoresponse settings to noreply@jotform.com and make another test submission?

Hi! Ah, okay I figured this out! YAY! The automated email is working now for the day before their appointment. Thank you so much for your help with this :)
