Unable to find forms in the Zapier integration wizard

    Hello, 

    Trying to set up the integration with Zapier but getting this error saying that it can't find my form. Please advise.

    As I check the Zapier integration, it seems to be working fine at my end displaying the forms connected to the account. Could you try reauthorizing the JotForm account in the Zapier wizard? You may also try logging into a private/incognito window or a separate browser to see if that helps.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did test Zapier integration, and I am not able to replicate the issue. 

    Which app you want to connect to through Zapier integration? Please let us know and we will take a look.

    I am unable to replicate any issue with the Zap when I configured the JotForm with the FormStack Documents(Webmerge)

    You may try to reconnect your account by clicking edit accounts

    Please make sure that you have clicked on No in this popup.

    It seems your JotForm account is not yet connected to the Zapier. Please disconnect Jotform and connect it again to see if the forms are getting populated.


    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
