My order form is not capturing all data to the google sheet. 

The jot form is embedded in our squarespace site and is intigrated with a google sheet. It is not recording product size, style or quantity info. Need help ASAP.

Did you make any changes to your form or google sheet after the integration? If so, then that is probably the reason why data does not send to your google sheets.

Also, the form embedded in the webpage you mentioned is not integrated with google sheets, please try to reintegrate your form to google sheets again and see if it fixes the issue at your end.
