I tried to use the street address of an address field in the subfolder name, and it doesn't work!
Example: {propertyAddress:addr_line1}
This works in the auto-emails, PDF report, and other features, but not for creating a Gdrive folder!
Jotform needs to fix this.

Unfortunately, stripping the address field's data is not possible with Google Drive integration. You can use the entire ADDRESS field as a subfolder name, but stripping the data to get the first address line only works with emails/pdf at the moment.
Let me forward this to our developers as a feature request. Though I cannot provide you an ETA for this, we'll keep you posted here as soon as it gets implemented in the future.

OK. I found a workaround.

That's great to hear! I'm guessing that you have passed the address field value to a different field to set it up as the folder name on Google Drive integration.
Let us know if there's anything we could do on our end and we will be happy to assist you. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
