We are looking for a way to correctly fill the date of birth squares on this pdf. It is currently filling all inside the date blocks. Is there a way to format this placement? Thank you.

Greetings,
To fix that issue, you can turn of Lite Mode from your date picker field properties as shown below:
So, date picker would be shown as the three fields:
Thus, you will be able to add them separately within the boxes on your PDF document:
Please give a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
Thank you!

Hey Niko, thanks for the solution you sent. Unfortunately, it doesn't work out on our pdf. We need wider spaces or larger font. Any other suggestions? Many thanks.

Hey there,
If I understood correctly you would like to make these changes in your original PDF? If yes, please note that you'll need to use an editor like Adobe Reader to edit your original PDF. You can map your form fields in your PDF using JotForm.
If you are referring to something else then please ask your question in detail so we can provide assistance accordingly.
Thanks.

Unfortunately, this is not possible you may have to adjust its pattern in the original PDF. To adjust it to the pattern of the form mapping.
Thanks.
