Ok. so I created the form. I sent the form. people responded and signed the form.
so far so good...
but then I went to print the form. It only printed the name and the date, not the body of the text of the document, which I need for my records.
Am I missing something here?
I was hoping i would be able to print the document WITH the name and signature.

Hello,
Are you printing out the email?
If yes, please note that the text field that you have added into the form will not appear by default on the email as it is not a fillable field.
You will need to manually copy and paste the text into the email content:
Or you can enable the PDF attachment option in the email and receive the PDF document containing the submissions including the text.
After enabling this option, you can open the PDF Editor and customize the PDF document as per your requirement.
Do not forget to Save the email settings at last.
