In order to send the submissions in PDF format, you'll need to create an email in trello and put that email in your email notification.
1). Create email in trello.
2). Add that email to your form's email notification recipient address.
3). Enable PDF attachment by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/503-How-To-Include-Submissions-As-PDF-Attachment-In-The-Email-Notifications.
That's all you need, your submissions should include the submissions data in PDF format.
