Hi support,
I have not been to find the answer online so far.
I'm trying to display a question in my form based on the name prefix as the question only applies to woman.
I have not been able to use the prefix in the conditional visibility formula.
Is there a way to accomplish this ?
Thanks

What you can do is copy the value of the name field into a short text entry field.
ex.
Once you capture the information, you can now create a condition that if the short text entry field contains "Dr" for example, then trigger condition.
I hope that helps. If you have any question or if you need further help, please let us know.

Hi Jed_c,
I had tried as you mentioned but it copied the name without the prefix.
Is it because it is a picklist ?

You can see that somehow the 13.Name convert to 12.Name upon saving, even though they were the same number upon creation, here is the link to the form :

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the dropdown for the prefix to get the information about the selected option.
The field numbering must be a bug. It does refer to the same field, and in this context, it does not matter.
As an alternative, you can have a separate dropdown field, asking for the prefix, or have a radio button as you have already added.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
