Hello,
I was wondering if it's possible to turn off email notifications from a jotform account? So that when a form is completed, it is not emailed to the account holder, just saved on the jotform website. And is it possible to turn notifications off on a starter account, or only bronze, silver or gold?
Also, is it possible to encrypt forms using the starter jotform account? Or does this facility only come with the subscription packages?

Hi,
About your first question;
You can turn on and turn off the notification email options so when your forms are filled, there will be no email sent to you if you desire. To do this you can follow the steps below;
1- Go to the Settings page
2- Choose Emails option on the left
3- Click the trash bin icon for deleting notifications.
With these steps, you will not get an email for each submission yet you'll able to receive submissions. You can reach your submissions by clicking your form and clicking the submissions button above.
About your second question;
You can access all JotForm features for all types of subscriptions. Basically, JotForm payment plans differ from each other by submission number, free space, monthly form views, and submissions storage options. You can reach subscription details from here but if you want to use free subscription, you can use encrypted forms.
