cmedensAsked on June 28, 2020 at 1:37 AM2.) I am using the calculator widget to add up the total cost of items that people can select on our form. This seemed to be working fine for most people today, but some people said that the form was not adding up their order correctly. I can dig through emails and form submissions to give you exact items that weren't adding up correctly if that would be helpful.

I checked the form and the form calculation widget is working fine. Please check my screencast:
Is there any specific product I should select to replicate the issue?
Also, if the issue still persists, is the form embedded on a website? Please share the link so we can check it further.

Thanks. So I just tried to fill out an order for one of my customers. They were saying that it wasn't quite adding up to the total. Instead of a total closer to $100, the total was $88.50.
The same thing happened when I tried to submit the form on my end. It's like it's not recognizing the quantity. For example, here's the order
- (1) Mild Breakfast Sausage Links $4
- (1) Boneless Chicken Breast $15.50
- (1) Bone-In Chicken Thighs $16
- (1) Chicken Drumsticks $16.50
- (2) Lamb Shanks $15
- (1) Our Farmer's Cheese $7.50
- (1) Campo $10.50
Total: $88.50
Actual Total Should Be: ~$100
It seems like it's not recognizing that the quantity for Lamb Shanks is actually 2 instead of 1.
Thoughts?

I checked the Form Calculation widget and there are lots of incorrect values.
Lamb Ground
Leg of Lamb Center cut
Bone-in Chickens
Please try to correct the value and let us know if you need further help. Thank you.
