I quite didn't get what your question is. Would you mind providing us more details? Are you referring to assigning a form to certain users? If so, you can resend by assigning the form again.

I created a form that my students complete to send on to their supervisor for their signature. The supervisor only gets one email and no reminders regarding the form they still need to sign. So, I have supervisors that have not completed their portion yet and want to notify them again with their link to complete it. How do I do this?

You can use our "Share on Email" feature. So, you should send an email to your supervisors and include the edit links in it. Here is the guide:

You can extract the Edit link as long as you know the Submission ID. Here is an example of an edit submission link:
https://www.jotform.com/edit/353303162892134929
You just need the URL (https://www.jotform.com/edit/) and the (submission ID). The submission ID can be found on the Submissions page. Here is how:
