My 12+ year old, old email that I no longer use or have access to is listed within the jotform app! I need my new info only listed! Please help me!!

It seems you are logged in using JotForm Mobile app. I would suggest you to please log in to your JotForm account in browser and then you can change your account email from your account profile page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/
