I have had multiple people tell me they cannot submit the form because of the credit card feature. I've made sure this is NOT a required field, and people are telling me they cannot submit without it. I also had someone tell me this with the date so I just eliminated the date box altogether. At the same time, others are submitting fine, or getting it to go in a second try.
Could this be a browser problem. I'm now telling people to use Google or Firefox and to make sure their browser is updated. Is this the correct action? or does JotForm have an issue?

Hi,
To resolve the issue, you need to conditionally hide the credit card payment fields.
1-) Add a single choice field to the form- A) Pay with Credit Card and B) Cash.
2-) Then use conditional logic to hide the credit card field if option B is selected.
Hidden the payment field will let users submit the form without a payment.
