Adding bullet lists and formatting email content

    Hi,

    I have recently created a Jotform and an email notification for participants to receive after completing the form. In the email I am using bullet points, seemingly normal on the Jotform end, but they are appearing strange on the email people are receiving. Please let me know how to fix this asap.

    The email editor expects an HTML formatted content. You may use some HTML editor (for example a TinyMCE) to add proper bullet lists and format the text:

    Then, you can copy-paste the formatted text to the JotForm editor.
