I have forgotten my password, and unfortunately figured out that my email address is incorrectly set up with jotform. therefore I will never receive my password reset notification.
Email should be: Tiffany.oconnell@francescas.com
I am missing an extra 'n" in the last name of my email address. How can i get this fixed? I need to make changes to my account. See the example notification i received below.

I see the email id is correctly set as tiffany.oconnell@francescas.com in your account tiffanyoconnell.
Are you referring to any other account?
