I'm an Independent Travel Agent and I was using a form to collect payment info for my clients trips. The account was flagged as phishing. I received an email last night stating that my account was unsuspended and the payment info was removed from form. But i'm still not able to access my account.

We apologize for inconvenience. I checked your account/username dreams2realityta and I noted that it was indeed suspended again due to suspicious Credit Card Authorization form on the account.

The suspension of the form was a mistake. We have now reactivated your account/username dreams2realityta and forms are available again.
