Hello,
We are receiving the following message when accessing some of the JotForms:
"Mimecast requires you to enroll this device to access message links"
Would you please let us know the reason for this message?

The message looks like it is blocking JotForm emails. Please contact the IT or admin and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist.
