I upgraded my account yesterday, but today it is saying that i’m still on a free membership. This has happened twice now. Thanks

Hi, there is no registered account with your email address. What is your JotForm account username? If you don't know it, please share the URL of a form that you created in the account.
If you don't have a form yet, please provide the following information:
-Amount charged
-Transaction date
-Last 4 digits of your credit card number
-Expiration date
-Type of card(Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.)
