Dear JotForm support department,
I've been working on an application form for our staffing department.
We now have an issue with downloading the appendix to the email.
When I click the link in the email, it downloads the appendix. But when both of my colleagues do, they get a 404 error.
Do you happen to know what can cause this? I used Google Chrome, my colleagues used Chrome and Internet Explorer.
If necessary, I can of course forward the conformation email they received after I left my reply in the form.

Thank you for your message.
In this case, this is happening due to the option "Require log-in to view uploaded files.", please go to https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and uncheck that option.
