Hi There,
I had a problem yesterday whereby pdf's were not being attached to my submission e-mails. This is now resolved, so thank you very much.
When I went to test this out, I found that two of my responder emails are now missing.

Food Parcel RequestOnly the Prescription Request one is still there. See below.

Do I need to recreate these or are they still in the system somewhere?

Hi Pete - Yes, we had a known issue yesterday where PDF files are not being attached to emails. But it was resolved immediately by our developers. Thanks for confirming that it now works fine on your end.
As for your responder emails, I'm not sure how they went missing. I can only suggest re-creating them so your form will completely work again as they should.
