I am managing a wordpress Website (atc.sport.blog) which has an imbedded jotform for membership registration.
Upon submitting their registration, applicants are supposed to receive an email message confirming this and providing further club information.
In several cases this is not happening. A few I have trouble resolved; they have registered an email error or the email went to spam. Two, I can't figure out?
The Newlands registration eanoodles@hotmail.com and
The Cline registration clinedf@msn.com
Do I have some kind of wonky filter on my form??

Checking on the email history logs, both emails were sent to the users.

However, I noticed that you are using a custom sender email. Kindly make sure that you have the correct credentials, or if uncertain, I suggest using noreply@jotform.com.
