Hi there,
I wanted to make sure our account was upgrading to be HIPPA compliant. I got this OOPS screen a number of times and wanted to confirm things were moving along.

Which part of the upgrade process did you get that error? https://www.jotform.com/help/500-How-to-upgrade-to-HIPAA-Compliance.
Can you login to your JotForm account on an incognito mode or private browsing, and then try upgrading to HIPAA there.
Though I've checked your account and it does say on our system that HIPAA is enabled.
