How to create User Guideline for the field

I need to add guidelines for the field. for example.

If an applicant chooses Yes. I will show them a text "Your parents need to sign parents page".

If an applicant chooses No. I don't want to show them anything.

When I use a Header I can not create a rule. What Element do you guys use for this situation?

This is possible to use a Paragraph element to add a static text. The paragraph can be shown based on conditional logic.
