Response form missing info in the email

    Having some issues. I did a test run. The information I received back from the order didn’t have my name or email entered into it. I need the customers info for process nor did it tell me what they selected. And on the JotForm when I purchased one jar it told me I needed more information to submit and lit up the whole purchasing section before submitting I also sent received an email from beki bektas   Lead researcher asking how I was doing with my form.????

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. As we check the form, the products field is not set as a required field and so the users were able to submit the form without selecting any product. Also, the email notification seems to be displaying all other information filled to the form.

    Please make the product field in the form as a required field so that the users are not allowed to submit the form without selecting a product and make the payment. You may right click on the payment field and select Require from the quick menu displayed.

    Also, I notice that the payment field is not connected to your Square account. In order to receive the payments from your users, it is required to connect to the specific gateway in the payment field. Please see the guide below that can help you with more information to integrate with Square.
