This guide will help you to avoid your emails bouncing or going to the spam or junk folders: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.
If this still persists, I think that you would need to ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses, you will find them on this link: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Can you please try to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contacts list?
Did you follow the guide from the previous ticket about how to setup Gmail to never send a specific email address to the Spam folder?
Let us know, how it goes. We will wait for your response.

The info provided was not for Gmail. I have created never go to spam filter on the email address in question, but it still continues to go to the spam folder.

Hi @Janneycj
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, many people using Gmail are complaining about this issue. I have found a thread listing all the possible reasons and several solutions https://support.google.com/mail/thread/22865736?hl=en. If this issue persists using your notification emails and autoresponders in JotForm. We will be glad to help you.
