I generated a QR code for patients to answer before entering the clinic but when they scan the code it says to login and request access?

I have tried accessing your form on my mobile using the QR code and it seems to be working fine. Did you send any invitation through email for your users? Are you still experiencing any issue with the form or the QR code?
