How can I have more than one field per card using the card layout?

I am trying to collect passport details for multiple passengers on a form. If I have 1 field per card, I will have too many cards.

You may try using the multi-line element, you will find it on the add form element section and under the basic elements:

Thank you Kevin_G.  The field types are very limited in the multi line question.  Any other work around or solution?

Unfortunately, the Multi-line Question field is the only one that will allow multiple fields into a single card, if you actually click on settings> fields, you'll be able to add more fields on it than the default number, please see the following screen share.
