Downloading a excel

    I am trying to download the submissions but it keeps coming up a blank document with just the headers?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I went and cloned the form https://www.jotform.com/201076124279149 and couldn't seem to replicate the issue as the data does appear when I downloaded the submission through Excel file as you can see in the following screenshot.

    Looking at your screenshot, it says data lost may occur unless the file is saved in excel format would you mind confirming if it is done correctly? Please give it another try and let us know how it goes.
