How to Retrieve my form from Archive?

I accidentally archived my form and now can't (or don't know how to retrieve it) and my field people can't access it on their cell phone. When I try to access it, it says I need permission from the owner and I am the owner.

You are able to see archived folders from the left side My Forms page:

Once on this page, you are able to select the form you wish to unarchive and select Unarchive option:
