I imported a pdf to make it fillable form, when I revise fillable to make sense of what is in the original form, some fields are out of place. When I start moving the out of place fields to the right place a bunch of them disappear, how can I now gather data for those fields that disappeared? Is there a way to now match where I want the data to go on the original PDF? Please help. When I test our the fillable form out and try to preview the form, it won't show it just keeps spinning that it's loading. Any help will be greatly appreciated. See attached the filled highlighted on the left is not been filled out on the right, so data captured doesn't have anywhere to go. How can I match the 2 fields together?

We apologize for inconvenience. I just checked/test the PDF Converter and so far it appears to be working properly at this time. I was not able to replicate the issue you describe.
Guide : What is the PDF Converter
Please take note that you can just add a new field on the form or add the field to PDF.
When you add field, it will also automatically add the field in the PDF form, and both fields will be mapped automatically.
In your screenshot, can you retry the Add to PDF button. It should add the field in the PDF also.
You can drag and drop the field to re-position it in the PDF.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

Thanks Johnathan, I was able to add the fields. However when I try to preview the form after filling it out, it stalls and doesn't open up. Could I be doing something wrong?

Please try testing using the live form on a separate browser. Use incognito or private mode browser also.
I just checked/test and it is working properly.
Here is the screencast video of my test.
Let us know if issue still persist.
