Hi,
I guess i didn't get my username right or so, so I couldn't log in and now my account is blocked or so?
Can you help me out here?

Hi Maria - As checked, your account has been suspended as you have a form that collects Banking info using plain text fields. It is considered as phishing and violates our Terms of Use. (FormID: 200743911081043)
We can reactivate the account but we need to delete the infringing fields from your form. If you confirm that please let us know. Then, we can activate your account back to good status.
