I saw this question in August and the response said it would be submitted as a feature request so am wondering if this is now available. The amount of time rebuild these may not be worth it vs just leaving unless there is some easy way to do so. We have 3 surveys there that we would like to move to jotform if possible.

It's possible to import the forms, you should use the same link you used to collect responses and follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
If you have questions, let us know.

I have tested the link you provided and it seems to be working on my end, note that not all the elements are compatible, example:
May you try logging out and log in to try importing the form again?
Let us know how it goes.

HugomentorsReplied on April 12, 2020 at 3:29 PMThanks - I was able to import it but the matrix questions don't work and I
wasn't sure how to recreate these. Do you have an option to create these
in jotform to look like the below? Thanks

Hi again, @Hugomentors!
"I was able to import it but the matrix questions don't work and I wasn't sure how to recreate these"
We're glad you could successfully import your form. However, as previously mentioned by my colleague, not all imported fields would be compatible with our platform.

Please note that we haven't received your attached image, as it seems that you used your email to send your last response. Kindly respond to this thread instead, and make sure you refer to this guide in order to be able to properly send us screenshots.
Moreover, you create matrices by using the Input Table field shown below:
You can also use the "Multi-select grid" widget, check it here.
I hope I have been of any help.
Should you have any further inquiries, we will be more than happy to help.
