    Hi,

I have set up PayPal widget to accept payments on a new form since I can't combine on my regular form.  I logged in. Got a message from Paypal that I successfully logged in and I now have a business account. Go back to Jotform or finish go to PayPal. When I go back it says: Failed and does not show the widget. See the page Link

Sorry to hear that. I checked the payment field in your form and it's still not yet connected to your Paypal account. Could you please connect it once again? If you're still experiencing a problem, please try to delete the current payment field and add a new one.

This guide will also help: https://www.jotform.com/help/542-How-to-Integrate-Form-to-PayPal-Checkout

Also, upon testing the cloned version of your form here, it connects my Paypal account as expected.

    Hi,
Yes, I did connect to Paypal and it says I can go back, when I do it
says Failed. I deleted the widget and re-added it. See the screenshot
attached. We checked confirmed in the email too with PayPal. What do
    we try next?
    Thanks,
    Kris

Sorry, our Support Forum doesn't accept attachment from email. Would you please upload it directly in your thread here https://www.jotform.com/answers/2235580? Here's a guide: How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum. Thanks in advance.

Also, could you please provide a screenshot of your browser console after it fails to connect your Paypal account? The error will help us troubleshoot this issue further.

We'll wait for your reply. Thank you for your cooperation.

Hi, I am still into this but I still couldn't reproduce this on the cloned form after several tests. Can you please ensure that you're on Live Mode if you're connecting your real Paypal account (not Sandbox account)?

The browser console would really help. We'll wait for your reply. Thanks!

    Yes, always in Live Mode
Still not working will load a sequence of screenshots leading up to
the Failed message on Jotform. Also, I cannot find instructions on how
to create a split browser to show errors? I use Windows chrome.
    Thanks, Kris

Note: We have clicked to link sent to our email from PayPal to confirm. We cannot find how to make the browser show the error or split-screen for errors on the forum. So I can't provide you that info. We don't know why it is not working as PayPal says congratulations you have a new business connected each time we try (5 times now). Maybe because I am old and can't figure it out? Thank you for your help, Kris

    Hi VirtualWorldChamps,

Thank you for sharing the console log errors.

I can assume there can be some software installed on your device, which is preventing the normal connection of the PayPal account. Also, a network-related problem is possible. I can suggest trying connecting the form using a different device, this can be a computer or mobile.

Let us know if that worked for you.

    Sam
