Change PDF file name

How do I change the name of the Pdf file annexed? It's automatically generated, but he is getting some wrong values

To change the title of PDF file please click the More dropdown next to the form name and select Create PDF Document:

After that click on Layout Settings located in the upper right part:

Finally, from the Customize tab scroll down until you see PDF File Name:

When you click the input box, you will see available fields that will populate dynamically. You are also able to add static text.

Every change is saved automatically.
