Hi
One staff submitted a report. After a while, she found there was an error in one field she filled out.
I know after she submitted the report, only the admin can make the change in the jotform portal, so I found this submission, and edit the error, but I can not save it.
Is it possible to save the edited submission in Jotform SaaS portal?

In order for you to save your edit, you need to re-submit the form on that same page shown in your screenshot. Scroll to the submit button of the form being edited and click it to save the changes.
Important reminder: If the email alerts of your form are set to send whenever a submission is edited, it will be sent every time you edit your form submissions. You can check that under the Email Settings of your form, under the Advanced tab.
