Hi i would like to create a form and have the data sent directly to a access or sql server database is that possible.
if not is it possible to send it directly to a text file or excel file that is automaticaly stored on a online filer server

Yes, it is possible to send your submission data to a SQL server.
You can export your form as excel file and then import that excel file to your SQL server.
Also, you can use MS SQL Server Export application to export your submission data as SQL file. Then you can import that SQL file to your SQL server.

We do not have an integration with Microsoft Access. You can try exporting the form submissions to Excel and add it to the database.
