    Hi,

I've just set up one of my forms to receive payment with the PayPal widget. I tried to test the form by submitting and making the small payment to PayPal. It logs in to PayPal and asks for credit card details etc. but after I click continue a message pops up saying I'm being returned to jotform.com and then a message pops up - see uploaded screenshot. I only have basic computer skills and have managed to work my way round creating the forms but this has baffled me as I don't understand the error message. HELP!! lol

I checked your form and noticed that you use the PayPal Checkout integration. Please note that you need to have a premier or business PayPal account to use this integration.

Are you testing with a premier or business PayPal account?

Please let us know, so we can further investigate.

We will wait for your response.

Can you please try to disconnect your PayPal account and reconnect again?

Also, make sure your PayPal account has the option to receive credit card payments.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
