Hello, I've recently started using JotForm and I've set up my form but I have one question. When I added Skrill payment method it asked for my "merchant account". When I typed in my Skrill e-mail (without upgrading it to a merchant account) it still accepted. I don't need to upgrade my Skrill account, do I?

I believe that you do not need to upgrade your Skrill account, in order to use the payment integration.
Can you please try to setup it and make a test submission? You can test with very small amount like $0.01.

Please give it a try and let us know, how it goes.

Upon reviewing the user guide below, it seems you need to have a merchant account with Skrill in order to use the integration.

trisviemusickReplied on February 22, 2020 at 8:50 AMHello, I have one more question. I've just replaced Skrill with Purchase
Order and made an order to see how it works myself after setting the price
to 1 TRY. I've been redirected to a thank you page but nothing else
happened. How am I going to receive payments then?

Hi,
Please note that Purchase Order doesn't require any payment integrations or it will not process actual payments. You can instruct the users to process their payments through cash, checks and wire transfers.
