Rather than take up a lot of space using individual radio button or checkbox questions, my form has several input tables like the one attached. Is it possible to build conditional logic based on whether a certain box/button has been selected?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to check if a particular field in the Input table is checked or filled. This is due to the rule set in the conditions wizard shall display the Input table as a single field.
It is only possible to send a value to a specific field in the Input table by using conditions at the moment.
