Hi.
The Jotform account that I use for our Membership forms for our Motor Club seems to have been suspended. The Account name is PlymouthMC.
I went in to our Membership form this evening to make some amendments to it and when I tried to preview the form the system said that the Form was disabled.
Then when I tried to log in I get the account suspended message.
Looking at some of your replies to other people I suspect that the issue is because I added a field to the form asking for MotorsportUK membership number if know.
If this is the case then please can you remove the 5 sections and release the account?
If not then please can you let me know what the problem is so I can correct it?
