Make marks on an image on a form

I'm evaluating Jotforms for use in a medical office.

There's one form as part of the intake called a Pain Diagram.  It has an outline of a human body, front and back, and the patient marks on the body where they are experiencing pain.

I was wondering if this would be achievable through Jotform.

I've attached a PDF copy of the form for your review.
