On the builder page of your form, select the Input Table field and click the cogwheel icon on the right to open the Input Table fields properties. Under the FIELDS tab, you can select a field type and you can edit the Rows and Columns header.
Feel free to let us know if you need any further assistance.

JEAN PAULEMONReplied on January 20, 2020 at 7:50 AMThank you so much for that information. Unfortunately it did not work.
Here's is what I'm attempting to do. I posted a few pictures to show you.
I'm creating a order form for my customers and have it give them a total
cost for the items they are purchasing.
I attempted to use the "Purchase Order" widget but it doesn't allow me to
keep each category seperate.
I attempted to use the chart u helped me with but I don't know how to
set it up. I am willing to pay and work with someone 1 on 1 for I need this
done as soon as possible.
Can you help me with this?
Sincerely, Jean Paulemon

See pictures below.
If we can create condition:
A+B=C and sum it all up at bottom (D)

how do I put $ in Numbers widget???
I believe that you are referring to the form calculation widget. You may type the $ symbol directly in calculation widget.
Hope this information helps! Let us know if you are referring something different. We will be happy to help.

Hi Jean,
I checked and cloned your form to take a closer look.
Kindly use the Form Calculation widget instead of the Number Properties to add the total price of the items.
Then use the Add Field button to add all the fields for the products: How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget
Here's a screencast:
Please note that there's no need to add the '+' sign, just the fields that you want to add and it will automatically add the values.
Also, make sure to click on the Save button to make the changes.
I hope this helps.

The other question related to categories in the purchase order field is moved to a separate thread and shall be addressed there shortly.
