Como faço para enviar os uploads para o monday.com?

Do you mean to add the file upload field to the monday.com integration field mapping? If so, unfortunately, the file upload field mapping is not available at the moment. Please confirm if we are on the same page so that we can send a feature request to our backend team for evaluation.

Trello or Google Drive, because all my requests from the form are to do
something with the 3D files that the customers upload.
What I am doing right now is to manually add them from the Drive to Monday,
but it take a bit of unnecessary work.

Thank you for the confirmation. I have one of the forms that is integrated with monday.com and see that the File Upload field mapping is already supported.
Could you try integrating monday.com with your form and see if you can map the file upload field on your form?

with Drive or Trello, what it does is generating a link to the file on
Jotform server, but the user must be looged and I don´t want to give my
Jotform password to every freelancer that I share the board with to do a
job.
Could you please make a ticket for a direct file upload to the monday
server?

Actually, it's not needed to share the login credentials to allow them access to the files, you may change the privacy settings on your account and allow to download files without requiring the log in, here's the direct link where you can find this: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
I'm also opening a feature request for this, although we cannot provide an ETA, we will keep you updated via this thread.
