I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your email address and it is no longer in our bounce list and that is the reason why I am unable to see the bounce reason.

Please note that you can also use your own email address with SMTP setting to send submission emails. The following guide should help you how to setup SMTP in your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
