DocuSign Widget: Use the PDF created in the PDF Editor for DocuSign

I am sorry that i didn't understand your query correctly. I see that a PDF document is already created for your JotForm. Do you want to make use of this PDF document in anyway with DocuSign?

The pdf document that is produced when signing in docusign is not the same as the pdf document I have created. I need to know how to tell docusign to use the pdf document I have produced

It is not the PDF you created in the PDF Editor and it can't be edited at the moment. The format of the PDF on DocuSign is the same for all forms.

 It is possible that this is a limit on the DocuSign's API but I'll escalate this to our developers as a feature request. We'll see if this is possible with DocuSign. Once we have update about this in the future, we'll inform you here.

I have attached a snippet from the Adobe Sign version and this has the option to select a PDF template that will be signed, however the DocuSign one doesn’t, also attached.

At the moment, it is not possible to attach a PDF document created in JotForm with DocuSign and my colleague has forwarded a feature request to our developers.

We will keep you posted via this thread once we have updates regarding the feature.
