Hi there,
We've noticed that the emails that should be arriving in the inbox of kay.cox@gordonyates.co.uk aren't delivering successfully. For example, the GY Pre-Interview sheet should be delivering confirmation emails to kay.cox@gordonyates.co.uk but none of them are coming through.
Please could you look into the source of the issue and let us know how to fix this?

I have checked the email address and it is not in our bounce list.
Checked the mail logs and it seems the notification emails are sent.
Can you please share a submission ID in which you have not received the notification email?

Here is a submission ID for a response that did not come through into kay.cox@gordonyates.co.uk: 4517295907321230246 (Shivani Modessa).

It seems the notification email was sent for that submission ID.
Kindly try whitelisting our IP addresses and let us know if the issue still remains.

Thanks for your response. We have whitelisted Jotform's domains and IPs, and will keep an eye on whether the emails come through.
