Hello,
I have this error ( 502 bad gateway ) when i validate my document. ( you can look the picture, on the email )

Could you let us know if you are experiencing the issue when the submission is being edited or when the form is normally submitted? Is the form embedded on any of your web page? If so please share the web page URL where the form is embedded. Can we also send a test submission to see if we are able to replicate the issue at our end?

I encounter the problem when I finish typing my document and validate it.
