Upload ID and passport copies

Hello support team. 

We are running registration for upcoming exhibition, as part of that we must received ID or passport copies in order to arrange access cards for these people. 

I have come throw the forum and understand that only solution is to encrypt form " which is not possible for as as the most important part is "autoreposnd" and pdf attachment. So we prefer to go for option 2 with is adding "Term and conditions" and E-Signature with using corporate official email. 

Will that enable us go with fields "upload" ID and passport copies as without these exhibition will not make any access. WE Will not collect any data such as bank or credit cards, all we need is only ID and passport copies. 

We ask this because we don't want to be suspended during form running as this will put as in bad circumstances with our  management management.

You do not necessarily need to enable encryption in your form to collect ID details of users. If you want your users to be able to send the ID details in form, your forms should be in compliance with our terms of use.
