payments made through JotForm have not appeared in my account.

I see that your form is connected to your PayPal account using Checkout method. As I check the form submissions, the transactions seem to be successful. Please note that JotForm can only forward the information to the connecting gateway for processing the payments. We request you to check with PayPal support by providing them the Transaction ID recorded in the submission so that they assist you with the payments.
