Does Jotform provide one page to have sort of a dropdown menu to each form so the visitor can pick which form to fill out?

Are you looking to display multiple forms inside a form? If that is correct, you can create a form(without a submit button) that contains a Dropdown(with options) field and Iframe widgets(where the other forms will be displayed), so you can create conditions to display one fo the Iframe widgets based on the dropdown selection: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
To add a the widget in the form, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form
Also, you will need to put the direct links of the other forms inside the Iframe Embed widgets, you can get the links as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

I do not think that is what we were asking, basically Our Forms are built
for people to submit a grievance but their different type of grievancesWhat
we are looking to do is create 1 landing page which has a dropdown listing
of the forms so the person can pick which form applies to their grievance
Not sure if you catch my meaning?

So, if you are not looking for something like this:
https://form.jotform.com/93235359498976
You will need to get the Embed code of your different Grievance forms:
And create the landing page in your website builder(such as Wix or WordPress), to embed the forms, or put the links of the forms there:

You can do it by:
1) Creating a form in the "Classic Layout", make sure to delete the submit button.
2) Adding a Dropdown field.
3) Adding the Iframe Embed widgets: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form
4) Put the link of one of your forms in the widget:
5) Create a "Show" condition for each Iframe widget: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
